For nearly 30 years, Mr. Ehrenberg served as a Chapter 11 and 7 administrator. As a bankruptcy litigator, he has represented both debtors and creditors, creditors’ committees, owners and buyers looking to buy bankrupt assets. Mr. Ehrenberg is also a certified mediator. Due to his high success rate as a mediator, Mr. Ehrenberg has been one of the most sought-after mediators in Los Angeles for cases including non-release actions, contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and malpractice lawsuits in recent years.
Mr. Horoupian focuses on bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructurings, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors and other non-bankruptcy insolvency solutions. She is a member of the Chapter 7 Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee in the Central District of California and serves as a Chapter 11 trustee.
